Effortless Fund Withdrawals from CoopPay
Withdrawing your hard-earned money from CoopPay is straightforward and flexible. Here's how:
Option 1: Bank Transfer or ATM Withdrawal
Easily transfer funds to your bank or e-wallet:
- In your CoopPay Wallet, hit “Send” then “Bank Transfer.”
- Choose your bank or e-wallet.
- Fill in account details and the amount.
- Pick a payment method and press “Continue.”
- Confirm the details, then slide to confirm.
Post-transfer, use any ATM to access your money. You'll be notified once the transfer succeeds.
Option 2: Cash Pick-up via Send Option
Note: This feature is in development and will soon enable sending money to remittance centers for pick-up. Stay tuned for updates in the app!
Option 3: CoopPay Outlets (Coop Branches)
Utilize CoopPay-to-CoopPay transactions when both parties have CoopPay accounts.
